Boyne Care Holdings (2016) Inc. has engaged LCL Construction Ltd. as Construction Manager for the development of a new Assisted Living facility on the west side of the campus. More information on the project will be released once the final design is completed in the summer of 2025. Construction will take approximately 18 months to complete once it is started.

The design of the new Assisted Living facility was completed by ft3 Architectural, Landscape and Interior Design. They also completed the design work on both phases of the Personal Care Home development project.
