Boyne Care Holdings (2016) Inc. (BCH), authorized the schematic design for a 53 unit assisted living residence completed by ft3. The residence will form the next phase in the development of the Boyne’s aging-in-place campus in Carman, Manitoba.
BCH has engaged LCL Construction Ltd. as the Construction Manager for the project. BCH is now in the planning stages to begin construction of the facility in late 2025. Once construction begins it will take approximately 18 months for the facility to be ready for occupancy.
BCH has been advocating for the development of an aging-in-place campus in Carman to serve as the hub for additional senior housing development in the region since 2012. Since that time significant development has been achieved by BCH with significant support from the community.
